Attuwa (Coming Soon!)
Stay Elevated in Culture and Comfort
Attuwa is a structure created in elevation by the Tharu people. The Tharu communities living near the forest border needed a way to keep watch of animals coming to eat their harvest. They created these structures on a tree at an elevation to drive animas away and keep watch of their lands.
With this inspiration, we named our tower houses Attuwa, emphasizing the experience and view. These rooms are located near the bank of the Aurahi River, where luxury means isolation and a view of the river and the forest ahead, which is the Khaata Migration Corridor. The thick forest view and the river ahead are the migration routes for many animals, such as the Asian elephants, which travel from India using this pathway.

Positioned at a higher level, it offers sweeping views of the surrounding forest and open skies, with glimpses of wildlife moving through their natural habitat.
These rooms are designed for guests who seek comfort with a sense of wonder. From sunrise to sunset, Attuwa immerses you in the rhythms of nature while offering a quiet, refined space to unwind.
Ideal for travelers seeking something truly special, the Tower House offers a rare perspective—where luxury meets wilderness and every moment feels elevated.
